About Julissa

Julissa founded SAVIA to offer a more intentional approach to real estate than traditional representation, with a focus on clarity, strategy, and long-term impact.

Her journey into real estate began as a buyer and investor. After returning to Minnesota in 2015, she purchased her first investment property just months later, an experience that shaped the way she approaches real estate today. She understands firsthand how powerful the right decisions can be when approached with intention.

What she values most about her work is the people she gets to partner with and the role she plays in helping them navigate meaningful decisions.

Outside of real estate, Julissa enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their two dogs, Olive and Luna, and has a deep appreciation for design, travel, and the spaces people call home.
